Our Organic Kelp Shaker contains ground kelp (also known as Kombu). Famously used in Japanese cooking, kelp is known for being a deeply detoxifying and powerful sea vegetable with a delicious umami flavour. Sprinkle into hearty meals including stews and winter soups.
