Our Organic Kelp Flakes, also known as Kombu flakes, are famously used in Japanese cooking. Kelp is known for being a deeply detoxifying and nutrient-rich sea vegetable with a delicious umami flavour. Use in hearty meals including stews and winter soups. Also great to add to soaking or cooking grains and pulses to increase digestibility (and reduce flatulence...!)
