Introducing our exclusive Cornish Whole Leaf Nori — currently available only through our website. Made from the same seaweed traditionally used for sushi, these hand-harvested Cornish leaves offer a natural way to enjoy nori's distinctive, naturally umami flavour in everyday cooking.

Whole leaf gives you a little more to play with than flakes: toast it for a crisp garnish, snip it into strips, crumble it into your own flakes, or drop it whole into a simmering broth where it softens and unfurls. Either way it adds a delicate savoury depth and a fresh taste of the sea without overpowering other flavours.

Enjoy raw or cooked.

Flavour Profile

Delicate • Naturally Umami • Savoury • Slightly Sweet

Why not try:

  • Toast a leaf briefly over a flame or in a dry pan until it crisps and turns dark green, then tear over rice bowls, sushi or noodles.
  • Snip into fine strips and scatter over poke bowls, salads or scrambled eggs.
  • Drop whole into ramen, miso soup or broths a minute before serving — it softens and rehydrates.
  • Crumble into omelettes, savoury pancakes, or over roasted vegetables and homemade popcorn for a pinch of Cornish umami.

  • High in protein
  • High in dietary fibre
  • Low in fat

Thoughtfully Harvested

Our nori is hand-harvested from the Cornish coast and dried with care to keep its flavour and nutrients intact. Sold as whole leaf, it's the newest addition to our seaweed range — toast and crumble your own flakes, or use the leaf whole.

Our pouches are completely plastic-free, printed with biodegradable inks, and are both home compostable and fully recyclable.
